We are looking for a highly skilled Physical Education Teacher to join our team at one of our mainstream secondary schools in the Lancaster area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering Physical Education to students aged 11-16 and be able to contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.

About the Job
  • This is a full-time, long-term position for a PE Teacher starting immediately.
  • The role will involve teaching Physical Education to students aged 11-16 and delivering high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Deliver engaging and challenging Physical Education lessons to students aged 11-16.
  2. Assess and record student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to support learning.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective Physical Education programs.
  4. Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
  • LRC legal right to work in the UK.
  • Relevant Teaching qualification ideally with QTS.
  • Proven track record of delivering Physical Education to students.
