We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Health Records Department as a Data Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage patient healthcare records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Trust policies.
- Conduct quality checks and redactions on patient records, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with the Subject Access Request team to efficiently process requests and provide excellent patient experience.
- Work effectively in a team environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Contribute to the development of a culture that values diversity, inclusivity, and employee well-being.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in record keeping, data protection, and information governance.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing service needs and priorities.
- Manual handling duties may be required, including lifting boxes up to 9kg.
