Support Staff for Academic Early Years Settings

Step Teachers is looking for a skilled and compassionate EYFS teaching assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced educators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for young children.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to identify and address individual student needs.
- Develop and implement activities that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain open communication with parents and carers to ensure seamless transitions.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Early Years education, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is highly advantageous.
Remuneration:
This rewarding role offers a salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
