Early Years Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Years teaching assistant to join our team at Step Teachers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to children within Early Years, planning and executing enriching activities, and cultivating positive relationships with staff.
Key Responsibilities- Support Children within Early Years: Provide individualized support to children within Early Years, adhering to the EYFS framework.
- Plan Enriching Activities: Plan and execute engaging activities to enhance student learning and development.
- Cultivate Positive Relationships: Develop strong relationships with the Class Teacher and other staff members.
- Identify Additional Support Needs: Identify and address the additional support needs of students.
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting.
- Nurturing nature and ability to inspire learners.
- Relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools/EYFS).
- SEN trained.
£110 - £130 per day paid to scale, with high street, travel, and gym membership discounts available.
