Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care to residents, in line with their individual care plans
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, monitoring residents' physical, psychological, and social needs
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to enrich residents' lives and provide a supportive environment
- A competitive hourly rate of £22.05
- Full and part-time hours available, including days, evenings, nights, and alternate weekends
