We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Tyneholm Stables Care Home, part of Sanctuary Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to residents, in line with their individual care plans
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, monitoring residents' physical, psychological, and social needs
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to enrich residents' lives and provide a supportive environment
