Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Plumber to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. As a Mobile Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned maintenance works across commercial premises in the London area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out reactive maintenance repairs across various contracts.
  • Assess and order parts and equipment necessary for individual tasks.
  • Work to recognised industry standards at all times.
  • Logical thinker in fault finding situations.
  • Participate in flexible working hours and out-of-hours emergency cover as required by the contract.
  • Undertake training as required to perform the duties of the role, including health and safety courses and further trade development.
  • Assist other trades as/when required.
  • Undertake any other duties as directed by Managers within the remit of the role.
  • Update/close completed Reactive & PPM tasks on our CAFM System.
  • Ensure engineering standards are maintained in order to maximise efficient operation and reliability of plant.
  • Ensure company QA and site procedures are adhered to in all aspects.
  • Ensure that both Client and Integral's Health and Safety procedures are followed at all times.
  • Inspect the condition of services and proactively deal with call outs/repairs as required and/or requested by management.
  • Attend emergencies, inside and outside of normal working hours.
  • Keep and maintain all company issued tools in a safe and working condition.
  • Assess and order parts and equipment necessary for individual tasks.
  • Work to recognised industry standards at all times.
  • Undertake training as required to perform the duties of the role, including health and safety courses and further trade development.
  • Undertake any other duties as directed by Managers within the remit of the role.
  • Carry out plumbing tasks, such as toilet and basin repair and replacement, tap and blending valve replacement, fault finding and repair on auto taps, instantaneous water heaters, HW calorifiers, pipework repair and replacement, pump and valve replacement, TRV and radiator replacement, lagging repair and replacement, unblocking of pipework, traps and toilets, gutter cleaning, toilet/sink unblocking, macerator replacement, immersion heater replacement, basic electrical skills would be an advantage.
  • Carry out PPM tasks, such as, pump servicing, UVHW calorifier service and inspection, blending valve strip down and service, tap/outlet temperature testing and flushing, instantaneous water heater servicing, AC/AHU filter replacement and cleaning, emergency light testing, functional testing and visual inspection of equipment.
  • Provide detailed and accurate reports for any remedial works required whilst attending site.
  • Updating of on-site log books for compliance purposes.
  • Completion of any certificates or documentation for works completed.
  • Complete on site Method Statements and Risk Assessments as necessary.
