About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Multi Skilled Officer at the Drake Circus Estate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our customers, retailers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure the site is secure and clean
  • Provide guidance to retailers on management regulations as needed
  • Assist in de-escalating incidents and situations that arise within the centre
  • Perform daily general cleaning tasks
  • Participate in statutory Fire, Health, and Safety training and adhere to all relevant rules and regulations
  • Act as a designated card holder in the event of an evacuation
  • Provide first aid assistance to the public
About You

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Previous cleaning experience
  • A valid Door Supervisor SIA license
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness to perform the duties of the role
  • Excellent attention to detail
