We are seeking an experienced Service Department Administrator to join our team at Group 1 Automotive.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

You will be responsible for administration duties within our service department, ensuring that customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team, using your excellent communication skills to provide a high standard of customer satisfaction.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A full UK driving licence;
  • Motors industry experience is desirable but not essential;
  • The ability to work to timescales effectively, with a keen eye for detail;
