We're looking for an Employability Progressions Specialist to join our team at FIND | Creating Futures.

In this role, you'll work closely with learners to develop their job search and employability skills, providing one-on-one coaching and group workshops to enhance their CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and interview preparation techniques.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Description:

  • Empower learners by developing their job search and employability skills.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and group workshops to enhance CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and interview preparation techniques.
  • Work closely with clients to identify opportunities to promote the organization's training and recruitment services.
  • Maintain accurate records on CRM systems, ensuring compliance with established processes.
  • Drive employment conversions, from interviews to job offers, through proactive engagement with candidates and employers.
