Job Title: Senior Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects between £5M and £20M in value
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Lead and motivate a team of site staff to achieve project goals
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential issues

Requirements:

We are looking for a Senior Site Manager with experience in new build and refurbishment projects, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
