At The Retreat Elcot Park, we are seeking a skilled Front of House Team Member to join our Food and Beverage team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a newly refurbished hotel, offering 55 individually designed bedrooms, two new restaurant concepts, and a state-of-the-art spa facility.

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is truly unforgettable.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch service to our guests, exceeding their expectations at every turn.
  • Delivering great food, fine wine, and a warm, friendly welcome to our guests.
  • Building strong relationships with our team and guests, using your stellar communication skills to connect and engage.
