Head of EMEA Sales Director

The Head of EMEA Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with the company's growth objectives in Europe. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and negotiating deals to drive revenue growth.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales performance, identifying trends, and developing strategies to optimize performance. Additionally, they will implement sales reporting tools and systems to track progress and provide valuable insights to senior management.
The Head of EMEA Sales will also be responsible for adapting and executing a marketing plan that supports the company's growth objectives in Europe. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement impactful campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.
The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, with experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive significant revenue growth. They will also have excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and with external partners.
Requirements- 5+ years of relevant sales and marketing experience in the consumer electronics, audio or related industries.
- Demonstrated a track record of success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and with external partners.
