">Compensation Package: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £59 per hour when teaching and parents' evenings, and £17.00 per hour for all admin and training & enrolment tasks.
Job Responsibilities: This role involves delivering inspiring teaching and learning to at least a consistently good or outstanding standard, achieving high success rates in the A Level Social Sciences Pathway comprising of Psychology, Sociology & Criminology. Key responsibilities include planning teaching, learning and assessment for college programmes using the appropriate college format, communicating effectively with staff and external stakeholders, and setting up and delivering new academic pathways.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this position, candidates must be highly motivated professionals with excellent communication and organisational skills. They should have a strong background in psychology and be able to deliver teaching and learning at a consistently good or outstanding standard. Additionally, they should be able to work effectively with colleagues across the college and communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
