Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a skilled Motor Vehicle Trainer to deliver and teach automotive programs across IMI level 1, 2, and 3 to motor vehicle apprentices at our leading educational institution.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £38,190.27 per annum, depending on experience, along with 40 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays and a pension scheme with 37.2% employer contribution.

The Job Responsibilities:
  1. Teaching and Training: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to motor vehicle apprentices, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  2. Full Training Provided: We will invest in your career with specialist training and development to help you succeed as a Lecturer.
  3. Working Hours: 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
Requirements:
  1. Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle or equivalent.
  2. Industry Experience: Proven experience as a mechanic or motor vehicle technician.
  3. Career Aspiration: Looking to transition into a teaching or lecturing role.
