We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Education Support Specialist to join our team at Protocol Education. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in a variety of educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting Classroom Instruction: Assist teachers in delivering lessons by providing additional help to students who may need it. This may involve working with individuals or small groups, reinforcing lesson material or providing extra practice.
  2. Student Supervision: Help maintain order and discipline in the classroom by supervising students during activities, transitions, and breaks.
  3. Assisting with Classroom Management: Assist teachers in managing classroom behavior by implementing strategies for positive reinforcement and redirection. You may also help set up and organize classroom materials and resources.
  4. Providing Individualized Support: Work with students who have special educational needs or learning disabilities, providing personalized support and accommodations as necessary. This may involve modifying assignments, providing additional explanations, or assisting with adaptive technology.

Requirements:
