As a Business Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of a pipeline of change for Premier Inn's hotel management system (Opera Cloud). You will act as the subject matter expert, managing and prioritizing a development backlog to introduce new functionality.

This is a 15-month secondment opportunity that offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £63,000 and a range of benefits, including BUPA healthcare, discounts on Premier Inn stays, and a company performance-related bonus.

You will provide guidance and support to teams across Operations and Support Centre in identifying and applying effective solutions to problems encountered with the HMS. You will facilitate a culture of continuous improvement, exploring opportunities to improve process quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing structured feedback loops to embed best practice and capture/evolve new ideas from key stakeholders.
  • Developing and refining new processes to enable more efficient and effective ways of working.
  • Collaborating with teams to deliver change and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a candidate with a broad understanding of business processes supported by Central Reservation Systems and Property Management Systems. Experience of the Premier Inn business or general hospitality experience is also essential.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are required to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
