Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to join our team at AndRecruit Engineering Careers. This is a permanent position with opportunities for travel to various sites.

The ideal candidate will have experience in running Quality Management systems such as ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018. They should also have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and be passionate about QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment).

The QHSE Manager will be responsible for leading the health and safety committee and ensuring that the company meets all regulatory requirements. They will work closely with other teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective solutions to improve quality, health, and safety standards.

This is a challenging role that requires a high level of expertise and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their knowledge of QHSE management systems, regulations, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the health and safety committee to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain Quality Management systems.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the safety of employees and customers.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve quality, health, and safety standards.
  • Work closely with other teams to achieve business objectives.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
  • IOSH training desirable.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a QHSE role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
