About RSLV Group:

RSLV Group is a leading contractor delivering projects across Hampshire and the South. We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client expectations and be the first point of contact for clients and sub-contractors once a site is live.
  • Oversee projects from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and safety.
  • Develop and implement Health & Safety strategies, including site files, RAMS, and Construction phase plans.
  • Manage directly employed staff and sub-contractors, organizing labour, materials, and plant requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering flat roofing contracts within the roofing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of flat roofing systems and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects.
