Roofing Contracts Manager

About the Role:
RSLV Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their roofing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing roofing contracts from inception to completion, managing project budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage roofing contracts from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
- Contribute to the development of the roofing division's strategic plan and business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in the roofing industry.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, building regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
