Pharmacy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Well Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and dispensers to provide high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of pharmacists and dispensers to deliver excellent patient care and services
  • Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, ordering, and stock control
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Monitor and improve pharmacy performance, including patient satisfaction and quality metrics

Requirements:

  • Pharmacist registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Experience in pharmacy management, preferably in a community pharmacy setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
