Pharmacy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Well Pharmacy in Seaton.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that we provide high-quality services to our customers. You will be working closely with our team of pharmacists and dispensers to deliver excellent patient care and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the pharmacy team, including pharmacists, dispensers, and other support staff
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing, patient counseling, and administrative tasks
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with the Area Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in pharmacy management

Requirements

  • MPharm degree or equivalent
  • Management experience in a pharmacy setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work every other Saturday
