\We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to fill the role of School Support Staff at beBee Professionals in Colchester, United Kingdom.
Estimated Salary: £25-30 per hour
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to teachers and students in a classroom setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
- Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.
- Provide feedback to the teaching staff on the progress of students.
- Support students with their learning when necessary.
- Ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Assist with administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.

- A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to obtain one.
