Company Overview
A leading housing developer in the Yorkshire region is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. This prestigious opportunity involves managing day-to-day site activities on a large new build residential project near Leeds, comprising circa 200 new homes.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Assistant Site Managers, working closely with subcontractors, and maintaining quality control. Key responsibilities include:
• Organising and controlling the construction of developments in accordance with specifications provided
• Ensuring construction complies with NHBC and all other statutory authorities
• Handing over completed schemes to clients on time, to agreed quality standards, and budgets

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a track record of working on new build residential schemes as a No.1 Site Manager for a reputable Main Contractor or Residential Developer. Essential skills and qualifications include:
• Traditional masonry housing experience (mandatory)
• RC frame construction experience (ideal)
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

Salary and Benefits
