Job Description

As an E&I Supervisor at Leap29, you will be responsible for leading electrical, control, and instrumentation activities on-site for a new production unit. You will work closely with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise contractor operations, conduct site inspections, audits, and testing of E&I systems.
  • Provide regular project updates, highlighting challenges, delays, or risks to stakeholders.
  • Promote safety on-site, conducting safety audits and risk assessments regularly.
  • Address E&I issues, implementing solutions to mitigate delays and quality concerns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, quality checks, and as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues or implement design changes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an E&I Supervisor in a process plant environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint).
  • Strong report-writing skills and professional communication with vendors and clients.
  • Thorough understanding of technical documents, such as P&IDs, electrical schematics, and maintenance instructions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in Electrical Installation (C&G 2367/2357 and NVQ Level 3).
  • Familiarity with BS EN 61511 and BS7671 regulations for safety systems and electrical installations.
  • CSCS card compatible with the role.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
