Deputy Helpline Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Deputy Helpline Manager to join our reputable, registered mental health charity. As the Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the helpline team and contributing to the delivery of high-quality mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Helpline Manager in the day-to-day operations of the helpline
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of helpline policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to helpline staff
  • Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members
  • Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of helpline services

Requirements:

  • Passion for mental health and a commitment to making a difference in people's lives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in a similar role or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
