Job Opportunity: Social Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Worker to join our team in Slough. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and young people, working closely with families and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement care plans for children and young people, working in partnership with families and other agencies.
  • Conduct assessments and provide support to children and young people, addressing their needs and promoting their well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including education and health services, to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting children and young people.
  • Provide guidance and support to families, helping them to access resources and services that can benefit their children.
Requirements:
  • Registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience of working with vulnerable children and young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and other professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
