About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Residential Child Care Worker at our Children's Home. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in creating a safe and supportive environment for children aged 5 to 18 who have severe learning disabilities and/or complex physical health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, and other team members.
  • Engage children in a variety of activities, including sensory play, indoor and outdoor engagements, culinary experiences, and more.
  • Contribute to the overall well-rounded care and support of the children, including their education, health, and well-being.
