We are seeking a Support Coordinator to join our team at the Devon Counselling Centre. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our organisation, including speaking to clients face-to-face and via the phone, and undertaking various admin tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with a warm and friendly manner. They will be required to work flexibly, covering core hours on Mondays and potentially additional hours to cover for colleagues' absences.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of paid workers and volunteers who share our commitment to delivering high-quality counselling services at affordable prices. Our centre operates in partnership with local authorities, such as Devon County Council, to ensure that our services meet the needs of the community.

To succeed in this role, you should have good knowledge of administration systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. You will also need to be adaptable, able to work under pressure, and comfortable working independently.
