IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT and Data Services Manager to oversee the operation and strategic development of our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT services management, preferably in an educational environment, and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team of IT professionals to deliver day-to-day service delivery and strategic planning.
- Oversee the implementation of ITIL-based service management approach in a Windows PC and iPad environment.
- Ensure the security and resilience of our IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, SAN storage, and network security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement changes to improve IT services.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of modern infrastructure, including mainstream vendors and enterprise-class backup solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT services management, preferably in an educational environment.
- Strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to manage and implement change.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to form strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Good understanding of modern infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, SAN storage, and network security.
- Experience with hosted infrastructure, such as Office 365, and tablet technology, preferably iPad.
