Job Title: 1:1 Tutor for PEX Students

Protocol Education is seeking an experienced and motivated tutor to provide personalized tuition sessions to students who have been permanently excluded (PEX) from mainstream education.

About the Role:
  • Deliver 1:1 tuition sessions to PEX students in the Middlesbrough area
  • Work with students who have a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and challenging behaviors
  • Develop and implement tailored learning programs to support students' academic and personal growth
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and school contacts
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher with QTS or equivalent, or a Teaching Assistant with experience of tutoring
  • Strong grasp of the UK curriculum and ability to adapt to individual students' needs
  • Excellent communication and behavior management skills
  • Reliability and commitment to delivering engaging lessons
