Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Delivery Practice Lead to join our team at CFC. As a key member of our Agile and Delivery Practice, you will be responsible for supporting the various business units and product managers to ensure predictable delivery of high-quality outcomes.

About the Role

  • Actively run all necessary ceremonies and practices for two scrum teams.
  • Support the practice lead to ensure alignment with other practices such as product, engineering, and quality.
  • Establish healthy team dynamics, ensuring teams are collaborative, communicate effectively, and drive towards cohesive best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain delivery momentum and manage blockers, risks, and impediments to progress.
  • Support the practice lead to ensure transparent and continuous alignment and communication.
  • Work with scrum teams and the practice to drive the delivery of products and services towards outcomes.

About You

  • Ability to balance taking initiative and seeking guidance as appropriate.
  • Implement delivery in line with strategy and product objectives.
  • Balance consultation and autonomy with the need to align within and across practices to scale in a lean way.
  • Hands-on experience of delivery within a software technology environment and/or working with scrum teams.
  • Experience and certification in a wide range of methodologies, such as Prince, Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, XP, and Six Sigma.
  • Sound knowledge of story mapping, continuous integration, BDD, TDD, continuous testing, pairing, and automated testing.
  • Experience in working across multiple scrum teams to deliver complex deliverables, putting lightweight lean frameworks in place, and driving towards predictable outcomes.
