We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to other healthcare assistants, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of healthcare assistants, providing guidance and supervision as needed

- Work closely with other disciplines within the team to deliver comprehensive care
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
