Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our finance team as a Financial Controller. You will be responsible for leading the liaison with the Group headquarters in Paris and ensuring that all accounting processes comply with legal requirements and Group processes. You will also oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare detailed explanations for variances
  2. Lead the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop financial plans that align with company objectives
  3. Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting
  4. Manage tax filings, including VAT, corporation tax, WHT, and any other applicable taxes
  5. Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and reporting tools
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong technical accounting skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong proficiency in Excel and advanced financial modelling.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, hybrid remote working policy (3 days in the office), private health care, pension plan, 25 days annual leave, life assurance, and long-term disability cover.
