Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated nurse to join our Clinical Haematology team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to patients with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL).

Key Responsibilities
  • To work collaboratively with the CLL team to provide expert advice and support to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
  • To participate in nurse-led clinics, including active monitoring, blood monitoring, and counseling for patients requiring further support and treatment planning.
  • To maintain and develop a quality service with specialist CLL nursing care.
Person Specification
  • Current registration with the appropriate professional body.
  • Nursing diploma or degree or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience working in Haematology.
  • Teaching and assessing qualification or completion of teaching and assessing supervisor training.
  • Completion of all local competency packages or WINW packages essential to role and specialty.
