We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Services Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, supporting the health and well-being of our communities.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Key responsibilities include participating in all branch processes, building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals, and assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services.

To be considered for this role, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize workload, and meet deadlines. Previous customer service training is also desirable.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative work environment, with ongoing training and development opportunities available. We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
