Office Management Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Office Management Specialist to join our Humres team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing staff, maintaining facilities, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff schedules and absences, and coordinate training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Cooperate with external partners and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in an office management or supervisory position.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A high level of problem-solving and analytical skills.
Salary Range
The salary for this role is £30-£35k per annum, depending on experience.
