About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Engineering Specialist to join our team at Boden Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, including plumbing and fabric work.
- Conduct emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, and other safety-related tasks.
- Work collaboratively with our facilities team to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide excellent customer service to our staff and visitors.
Requirements
- Qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair of building services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and on-call duties.
