About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing orders, setting up customer invoicing, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulations, issuing and following up on invoices, updating customer databases, and providing general administrative support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage orders from receipt to completion, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Set up and maintain customer invoicing, including generating and sending invoices
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Issue and follow up on invoices to ensure timely payment
  • Update customer databases to reflect changes and new information
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in sales administration
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
