We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join our team at GreenScape Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and cutting-edge designs for our clients.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career with a successful and vibrant company who are becoming the "go-to" resource for some of the most prestigious garden projects. You will have ownership of projects and be responsible for all aspects of design from the initial instruction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Guardianship: You will have ownership of projects and be responsible for all aspects of design from the initial instruction through to handover.
- Taking detailed Client briefs, determining the extent of the required works and discussing budgets and limitations.
- Develop mood boards and concept drawings.
- Liaising with Clients in respect to changes, enhancements and the evolution of the design.
- Using design software to efficiently create innovative and "edgy" designs.
- Independently attending and leading client meetings.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent design skills capable of innovative and cutting-edge designs that challenge preconceptions.
- A good Horticultural knowledge of plants and planting.
- You will have excellent graphic skills and be competent in the use of design software together with standard MS Office programs.
- Experience in Revit would be a bonus.
