About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join our team at GreenScape Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading new projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients to deliver innovative and cutting-edge designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Guardianship: You will have ownership of projects and be responsible for all aspects of design from initial instruction through to handover.
  • Taking detailed client briefs, determining the extent of required works, and discussing budgets and limitations.
  • Developing mood boards and concept drawings.
  • Liaising with clients regarding changes, enhancements, and design evolution.
  • Using design software to create innovative and edgy designs.
  • Independently attending and leading client meetings.
Requirements
  • Formal qualification in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of PQE experience in landscape design.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent design skills capable of innovative and cutting-edge designs.
  • Good horticultural knowledge of plants and planting.
  • Excellent graphic skills and proficiency in design software, including Revit.
