About the Job

This Medical Administrator role is an excellent opportunity to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and facilities.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating building facilities, managing day-to-day administration, and acting as a focal point of communication between patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. You will also be responsible for ensuring total familiarity with appointment systems, booking patient appointments, and preparing clinic administration paperwork.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate building facilities and manage day-to-day administration
  • Act as a focal point of communication between patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure total familiarity with appointment systems and book patient appointments
  • Prepare clinic administration paperwork and provide administrative support for various clinics
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good understanding of medical terminology
  • Experience working within a medical environment
  • GCSE or equivalent in English, Maths, and IT
