Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Class 1 HGV driver to join our team at 24-7 Recruitment Services. As a Class 1 HGV driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods to client stores throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a valid Class 1 / C+E License
  • No more than 3 points (No DD's, DR's, TT's or IN's)
  • Hold valid Tacho and CPC cards
  • At least 2 years road experience on Class 1 required

Working Conditions:

  • Working out of a Regional Distribution Centre (RDC)
  • Trunking goods to client stores throughout the UK
  • Variable working patterns to suit drivers and start times each day
  • Some handball required on deliveries

Benefits:

  • Competitive PAYE rates
  • Shifts Tuesday to Saturday days: £18.45 per hour
  • OT after 8.75hrs on days: £27.67 per hour
  • Shifts Sunday to Monday days: £21.70 per hour
