About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Agronomy Specialist to join our Cambridge Regional Trials Team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agronomy, with experience in seed preparation, drilling, monitoring, spraying, harvest, processing, and storage of material for future use.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Seed preparation and drilling
  • Monitoring and spraying
  • Harvest and processing
  • Storage of material for future use

The role will involve working outdoors in all weather conditions and may require manual handling of items up to 25kg. A full UK driving licence is essential for travelling to trial sites across the region and occasionally to other centres around the UK.

Starting salary: £23,088 per annum, paid overtime during peak season.
