Field Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Field Operations Specialist to work in our Cambridge office as part of the Cambridge Regional Trials Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of agronomy in the delivery of field trials and demonstration plots.

You will oversee seed preparation, drilling, monitoring, spraying, harvest, processing, and storage of material for future use. Additionally, you will be involved in assessing trials during the season and recording information accurately.

This role requires a keen, self-motivated individual with basic agricultural skills and experience. A strong understanding of agriculture and excellent communication skills are necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of agronomy
  • Seed preparation, drilling, monitoring, and harvesting
  • Processing and storing material for future use
  • Assessing trials during the season and recording information

Working Hours and Salary: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday). Starting salary from £23,088 + paid overtime during peak season.
