We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our team at VSA. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional, caring, and effective service to service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and other stakeholders, accessing and updating records as necessary.
  • Support service users in their daily living, providing personal care where necessary, and promoting their independence and wellbeing.
  • Assist service users in developing and maintaining social networks and relationships, and encourage them to develop skills and knowledge to live as independently as possible.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and review of personal plans with service users, and support them through significant life changes or losses.
  • Develop your knowledge and practice continuously through participation in training and development activities.
