Teaching Assistant

Aspire People is recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to join our team in Kings Heath, working across various settings with both full-time and part-time positions available.
This role is perfect for qualified or experienced Teaching Assistants looking to provide individualized support and assistance to students with unique needs, promoting their self-confidence and independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tailored support plans to meet individual student needs, collaborating with the classroom teacher to deliver effective lesson delivery.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment, fostering positive relationships between students, staff, and parents.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students, promoting their academic, social, and emotional development.
- A Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Childcare (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
- Patience, resilience, and adaptability to meet evolving student needs.
- Relevant qualifications in education or teaching assistant roles, including knowledge of teaching methodologies and resources.
An estimated salary of £29,000 per annum, depending on experience, with opportunities for professional growth and development within our team. We also offer a referral bonus for suitable candidates.
