Risk Management Advisor, Insurance

The role is home-based with travel to WTW offices and clients throughout the United Kingdom and occasionally overseas.

Key Responsibilities

You will be an independent risk advisor to clients, consulting and providing advice on their risk management needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with clients to identify and evaluate their risk exposure, risk maturity, claims profile, and governance arrangements.
  • Identifying sales opportunities across risk and claims management propositions.
  • Managing key client accounts from a risk and claims perspective.
  • Building internal and external networks through regular risk meetings with clients, account teams, and industry specialists.
  • Using expert knowledge to facilitate panel and promotional events, presenting and providing expert advice on key areas of risk and claims management.
  • Maintaining a high external and internal profile, working seamlessly with colleagues within the Risk, Claims, and Account management teams.
  • Staying up-to-date on changing risk management methodologies, industry trends, technological innovations, and emerging risks.

  • Expert knowledge in risk management and claims.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with clients and deliver added value.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
