Caregiver Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Female Care Assistant in Leatherhead. As a valued member of our care community, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
About the RoleThis part-time or full-time position involves supporting our clients at home, providing personal care, companionship, and reassurance. You will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, managing medications, cooking meals, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, providing tailored support to enhance their quality of life. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program.
We offer a competitive salary of £18,500 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including enhanced bank holiday pay, holiday pay, and a pension scheme.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion, empathy, and understanding
- Previous experience in care is not necessary, but a caring nature is essential
- Enhanced bank holiday rate of £17.16 (£22.88 Christmas & New Year)
