  • Manage and coordinate the activities of site teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement effective contracts management strategies to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential issues or risks.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure that contracts are negotiated and managed effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contracts management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire site teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
