Oral Care Territory Manager

As an Oral Care Territory Manager with Procter & Gamble, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with dental professionals, driving usage and recommendation of Oral-B products, and providing coaching and mentoring to the team.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Attending dental congresses, trade fairs, and scientific exchanges to build relationships and promote Oral-B products.
  • Working closely with your manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, a car allowance, stock ownership scheme, and other social benefits. If you have a strong background in sales, customer service, and relationship building, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or healthcare.
  • Experience working in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driving license for the UK.
